APPROACH

At Risa Therapy and Life Coaching Center, I use a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evience-based modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client. My training includes.

  1. EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) for addressing trauma and anxiety.

  2. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to challenge negative thought patterns and promote positive change. 

  3. Dialectical Behavior Therpy (DBT) for enhancing emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. 

  4. MI (Motivational Interviewing) to foster intrinsic motivation and facilitate personal growth.

  5. ACT (Acceptance and cpmmitment therapy) to help clients embrace their thoughts and feelings while committing to meaningful actions.

  6. EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy ) to strengthen relationshis and emotional connections.

  7. Solution-focused approach for identifying strengths and solutions in present.

  8. Psychodynamic therapy to explore unconscious processes and past experiences that shape current behaviors. 

  9. Strength-based approaches: this emphasize resilience and the innate resources of each ndividual.
